Position: Telesales (Sales Indoor/FWD)
- Contacting Potential or Existing Customers:
- Use scripted communication to inform customers about our products or services.
- Answer any questions they may have about our offerings.
- Understanding Customer Requirements
- Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs.
- Tailor your approach to close sales effectively.
- Collaboration with the Business Development Team.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
- Support BD team for quotation, customer's following up, Joint sale visit,
Data Management:
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Process orders accurately.
Customer Relations:
- Handle grievances professionally to maintain the company’s reputation.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
- Other Assignment from Part Leader
- Bachelor Degree, preferred in Logistics/supply chain, economics or related fields.
- Fresher is acceptable.
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role is a plus
- Successful track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Familiarity with relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about our products and services and effectively describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
Work Location: Pham Van Bach Street, Cau Giay, Ha Noi
Working time: Monday - Friday (8.00 AM - 5.48 PM)
