MAIN DUTIES
- Lead in setting up & organizing the implementation of quality plans & objectives. Establish & maintain the quality management system in accordance with legislation & buyer’s requirements
- Ensure all buyer requirements and expectations are met at all different stages of the process from new development, during production, and after shipment
- Lead & coordinate with the related organizations for the quality training subjects
- Manage & assign the staff to complete the department’s duties & responsibilities. Perform the staff assessment
- Direct and control the staff of Quality department to ensure that they are well motivated and receive all necessary training and development to enable them to carry out their responsibilities according to standards
- Develop the processes to ensure that the total quality is promoted throughout the company
- Develop and implement all necessary procedures to ensure the effective monitoring of quality standards and customer / company requirements
- Implement customer and supplier relationship management regarding Quality performance and improvement
- Training and sharing the quality standard to supplier, subcontractor for awareness
- Work with compliance manage and follow up any customer audit and internal audit program
- Monitor, review and control all company processes to ensure that they conform to total quality standards (ISO9001, TQP, etc.)
- Work with cross function for any continuous improvement in all company operations and that waste is kept at a minimum level
- Control and report all deviations / issue from product requirements
- Screen new employees for quality department
- Control quality budgets and resources to ensure that the department operates cost effectively and in accordance with quality standards
- Prepare and report Monthly Quality performance
- Customer complaint handling
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of the Manufacturing Company is a Must
- Knowledge of Label, Printing or Packaging Industries are preferred
- Experience in continuous improvement programs is an advantage
- Have received Engineering and / or Production QA Management awards in the past
- Prefer in Label, Printing or Packaging industry experience
- Have in-depth knowledge of generally accepted QA management protocols-
- Proficient in the use of computer office programs
- Proficient in leadership skill
- Have a university or college degree in relating
- Be an experienced as Assistant QA manager over 3 years
- Fluent in English
- Work under high pressure
- Good knowledge & experience of Provincial ISO9001, LEAN, SIX SIGMA, 5S, Kaizen, CI (Continuous Improvement, Process Improvements) …
